M-Beauty offers products and services of integrity. We can only accept refund requests, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from our m-beauty webstore. The request must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless a store credit is requested instead. All returns must be approved prior to shipment, have an RMA number and shipped to the following address:

1. We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.
2. If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email to email@example.com to request a return label.
3. Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
You are responsible for providing a valid address for items to be shipped to. If we are unable to verify the address during the shipment process, we will suspend the shipping process and attempt to reach you to verify the address, then once verified will proceed with the shipment. Any items lost by the carrier due to a bad address are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the carrier is able to deliver to the address provided. If an item is returned back to sender, and we receive it, we will attempt to send again, after shipping is covered, if it applies. Otherwise, any item lost because of failed delivery attempts are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Most orders are shipped the day after the order is placed to be delivered in as little as 2 days. Some exceptions may apply.
